Q. What services does DAC provide?

A. Depending on your needs, DAC can provide everything from a one-of-a-kind fixture to a complete branded retail environment
    program.  Our services include design, engineering, production, graphics, sourcing and installation as well as end-to-end
    development programs.

Q. Is DAC a member of any trade organizations?

A. Yes, we are members of National Glass Association, Northeast Window and Door Association, National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers, Screenprinting and Graphics Imaging Association, and Institute of Store Planners.

Q. Where is Rural Hall and East Bend, North Carolina?

A. Rural Hall and East Bend are approximately 15 miles from Mayberry as the crow flies.  Actually, they are both located in the heart of
    the furniture market about 15 minutes from Winston-Salem.

Art

Q. How are Art charges determined?

A. Art charges are incurred in quarter hour increments.  They are the charges for preparing your artwork to be printer ready.  These
    charges can be reduced by sending the artwork in the preferred format.

Q. How should I send my art file?

A. Art files should be sent in Vector format.

Q. Will I receive a proof?

A. Yes, we will provide a proof showing the dimensions and placement of your art.  You will need to approve the proof before we move
    forward to print.

Production 

Q. Can you engineer and produce other designers’ fixtures?

A. Our engineers are experienced at working with a multitude of design sources.  Our design department can also help you leverage
    your internal design resources to meet heavy demand periods and growing needs.
 

Q. What are your production lead times?

A. After final design approval and depending on the product category, DAC can typically be ready to ship in 2-6 weeks.  Some in stock
    items can be shipped within 24 hours

Q. Can you Custom Fabricate?

A. Yes, from hand sketches to blue prints we can help you fulfill your vision.

Q. What materials are most commonly used?

A. We use veneer core, solid wood, melamine, and laminates to name a few of our fixture and display raw materials.  Soft side cases
    are produced from denier nylon and supported, expanded vinyl.  Extruded aluminum, hardboard, and melamine are some of the
    materials we use in our rigid cases.

Q. Are you UL Listed?

A. Yes

Shipping 

Q. Can DAC ship fixtures to a variety of locations?

A. Yes, we can ship fixtures anywhere in the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico and import materials from all over the world.

Q. Can I exchange an item?

A. Yes, exchanges are available.  You will only need to pay the shipping. 

Q. Can items be returned?

A. Yes, you will need to pay for the freight and there is a 25% restocking fee.

Q. What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

A. First, inform your carrier whether it is a truck or UPS.  Second, take a picture of the damage.  Once those 2 things have been done,
    please contact our customer service department.

Q. Can you ship directly to my customer?

A. Yes, please include your customer's address on your purchase order.

Accounting 

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. DAC’s standard payment terms are 1% 10, Net 30 Days with approved credit.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Prepaid, Master Card, American Express and Visa.

Q. When will I be invoiced?

A. Your invoice will be mailed the day of shipping.
